These terms govern your use of the No Daley mobile app, a marketplace connecting property owners and renters in Nepal. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What No Daley is
No Daley lets owners list rooms, flats, and homes for rent, and lets renters browse those listings and contact owners directly by phone or WhatsApp. We are a listings platform only — we are not a party to any rental agreement, deposit, or payment between an owner and a renter, and we do not verify that a rental actually took place on the terms discussed.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use No Daley.
- You register with a phone number verified by SMS code, and you're responsible for keeping access to that number secure — it's how your account is authenticated.
- You agree to provide accurate information, including your name and, if you list a property, accurate details about that property.
Listing a property
- You may only list a property you own or are authorized to rent out.
- Listing details, photos, and pricing must be accurate and current — mark a listing as rented out once it's no longer available.
- Every listing is reviewed before it becomes visible to other users, and may be rejected or removed at our discretion, including after a user report.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use No Daley to post spam, fraudulent or scam listings, misleading information, or content that is abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward this kind of content: reported listings are reviewed, and we may remove content and suspend or terminate the account responsible, without prior notice.
Contact between users
No Daley does not mediate conversations, payments, viewings, or agreements between owners and renters — these happen directly by phone or WhatsApp, outside the app. Use ordinary caution: view a property in person and avoid sending money before doing so.
No warranty
No Daley is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, available, or free of errors, and we aren't responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, No Daley is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction or interaction between an owner and a renter, or from reliance on listing information.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including for posting prohibited content or misusing the report feature. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time through our account-deletion request page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
