Delete your No Daley account

You can permanently delete your No Daley account and associated data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to No Daley and open Profile.
  2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
  3. Review what will be removed, then confirm Delete account.

The deletion takes effect immediately. You do not need to call, email, or wait for customer support to complete it.

What is deleted

We delete your account profile, authentication tokens, property listings and uploaded photos, saved listings, enquiry records, property-view records, and block records.

Delete without app access

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "No Daley account deletion request" and include the phone number registered to the account. We will verify that you control the number by SMS before deleting the account. This web support path does not replace the immediate in-app deletion option.
