Delete your No Daley account

You can request deletion of your No Daley account and associated data at any time.

How to make a request

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "No Daley account deletion request".
2. Include the phone number registered to your No Daley account.
3. We will verify that you control that phone number with an SMS code before deleting the account.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete your account profile, authentication tokens, property listings and uploaded photos, saved listings, enquiry records, property-view records, and block records.

What may be retained

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request and reports associated with the account for up to 90 days to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. This retained record is not used to operate a No Daley account or restore deleted listings.
