No Daley ("we", "us") operates the No Daley mobile app, a rental listings marketplace connecting property owners and renters in Nepal. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and phone number, collected when you sign up and verify your number by SMS code.
Property listings: if you list a property as an owner, we collect the listing details you provide — title, description, rent, room counts, amenities, address/area, location coordinates, and any photos you upload.
Usage data: which listings you view or save, and when you tap to contact an owner by call or WhatsApp, so owners can see interest in their listing and we can operate the app's stats features.
Device permissions: we request access to your camera and photo library (to upload property photos) and your location (to show listings near you or to tag a property's location when you list it). You can decline these and use the parts of the app that don't need them.

How we use this information

To operate the marketplace — showing listings, letting owners publish and manage properties, and connecting owners with interested renters.
To review listings before they go live. Every property listing is checked before it is published to other users.
To show owners basic stats about their listings, such as view counts and how many people reached out.

How we share information

When you contact an owner about a listing, your name and phone number are shown to that owner so they can respond to you. When you list a property, your name and phone number are shown to renters who choose to contact you. This is the minimum needed for owners and renters to reach each other directly — there is no in-app messaging, so this contact happens over a regular phone call or WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal data or use third-party advertising or analytics services. To help us find and fix technical errors, we use Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service. Sentry may receive limited diagnostic information such as app and device version, operating system, error stack traces, HTTP status codes, and app route templates. We configure it not to receive names, phone numbers, listing content, search input, request data, session replay, analytics events, or user identity.

Data retention

We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through our account-deletion request page.

Reporting a listing

If you believe a listing is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, you can report it directly from the listing in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team.

Children's privacy

No Daley is not directed at children, and is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
